Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Check Out:


 

  • Your credit card must match your billing address
  • You can ship to a different address in the shipping options box
  • We only ship within the USA at this time.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes
  • We are unable to modify your order once it has been placed.
  • Most items usually ship within 3-7 business days once order has been placed, providing items are in stock and the time of day order has been placed (Monday-Friday).
  • Yukon Leather cannot be responsible for order shipping due to customers due dates, manufactures backorders or delivery companies.
  • Yukon Leather reserves the right to choose the carrier of our choice.
  • Yukon Leather does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Carriers are responsible for all shipping of orders once orders leave our warehouses. We do not guarantee where the items are placed at your location by the carrier. If you are concerned then you need to select the 2day option with signature required. Theft of orders is not the responsibility of Yukon Leather. If this occurs, you will lose your funds. We will report the loss to the carrier and that is all we can do.
  • Orders placed after 11 am Eastern Standard for Next Day or 2 Day shipping do not get processed until the next business day Monday-Friday. We only ship Monday-Friday. Next Day/2Day are sent "Signature Required"-we regret that we cannot ship this method without a signature. (This also depends on if the item is in stock).
  • If order is delayed for shipment, customer will be notified with the options available: This includes Next day and 2 Day orders. We do not guarantee times .
  • Customers must allow enough time for orders lost or damaged due to shipping carrier to be researched and replaced.
  • Most packages should arrive within 4-9 business days once order has left our warehouse.
  • Any orders returned to Yukon Leather due to incorrect address will forfeit refund policies (no refund issued).
  • Exchanges for size will still be subject to the first order date.
  • Additional Shipping fee will be charged to customer's form of payment.
  • All free items must be returned if purchased item is returned that was part of the requirements.

 

*It is important for all customers to understand that our sizing charts are to be used as a guide. Each item and brand will fit each person differently. If you wish to call us, we can guide you over the phone on what size would fit best but again, this is a guide, not exact because we cannot see you. When deciding on your size, please keep in mind our exchange/return policies and that our staff's help in sizing does not void this policy.  

 

WE WOULD BE DELIGHTED TO OFFER FULL REFUNDS FOR UP TO 14 DAYS (ITEMS RECEIVED WITHIN 14 DAYS)-LESS SHIPPING AS LONG AS THE POLICIES ARE FOLLOWED: (WEB ORDERS ONLY): WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS ON HAIR ITEMS.  

  • Return at customer’s expense.
  • Authorization must be obtained via email (no phone calls accepted)  you must reference your order number in the email.
  • All free items must be returned or you will be charged for the item.
  • We do not issue refunds on gift certificates or items purchased with gift certificates .
  • Items must be unworn and in the same condition and in original box. Return authorization does not guarantee a refund. 
  • We will not refund any items that are damaged during your return shipping.
  • We suggest you take insurance on all items from the shipping company.
  • Enclose your authorization number with items
  • Email your return tracking number to us.
  • Gloves will not be issued refunds if the customer forces fingers into the glove and seams are broken. The leather will stretch and cannot be forced thus causing damage.

WE WILL BE HAPPY TO EXCHANGE ANY PRODUCT UP TO 30 DAYS (ITEMS RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS) AS LONG AS THE FOLLOWING POLICIES ARE FOLLOWED: (WEB ORDERS ONLY):WE DO NOT ISSUE EXCHANGES ON HAIR ITEMS.  

  • Merchandise may be exchanged for size only
  • Shipping is additional
  • Authorization must be obtained via email (no phone calls accepted)  You must reference your order number in the email.
  • Items must be unworn and in the same condition and in original box.
  • We will not exchange any items that are damaged during your return shipping. We suggest you take insurance on all items.
  • Enclose your authorization number and shipping charge amount we emailed with items
  • Email your return tracking number to us

  • We do not hold the new size so it is important to ship back the item ASAP. If the new size is out of stock we will email you and let you know the approx. time. The order is not refundable if after 14 days. If you are within the 14 days we will issue the refund per the refund policies above.

No returns or exchanges 30+ days

Guarantee for online, store and show items :  

  • All jackets, chaps and vests are guaranteed for 1 year from date of purchase on main zipper and 30 days on snaps, other zippers and stitching.
  • We do not guarantee boots, hair products, gloves, saddlebags, helmets or accessories.
  • Yukon Leather is not responsible for any loss of personal items or personal injury due to the use of our products.
  • Any alterations void this guarantee.
  • We reserve the right to repair defective merchandise.
  • All repairs must receive prior authorization via email (phone calls not accepted) You must reference your order number in the email.
  • Return shipping charges apply
  • Enclose your authorization number and shipping charge amount we emailed with items. If show purchase, you will need to enclose a copy of your receipt.

Yukon Leather will not be responsible for orders exchanged or returned not following our policies  

Orders are shipped to customers with tracking numbers.  

Once the shipping company has the order Yukon Leather is not responsible for the delivery of orders. Please note: requests on where to leave orders are requests only and we cannot promise the carriers will read the notes. If your order is lost or stolen you will lose your funds and a new order will not be shipped .
